You want the best shipping rate we can give you. Figuring out the best way to ship your products is important and involves certain guidelines.

We want to make sure you get your item(s) quickly and economically.

Here’s an idea of what to expect.

We’ll use one of two primary methods to ship your order:

UPS Logo

Single Rolls

Smaller orders like single rolls of fencing (weighing under 120 lb) and miscellaneous accessories are shipped UPS Ground.

Your shipping cost will be provided automatically when you check out and charged along with your order.

Most UPS orders ship within 24 hours if received by noon, Mon-Fri.

Freight Logo
Multiple Rolls

Larger orders such as multiple rolls of fencing are shipped Freight from our multiple warehouses.

Shipping to a residence or non-commercial location incurs additional fees.

Not all businesses are in commercially zoned areas or you may live in a residential neighborhood, therefore additional fees are charged. Be transparent about your location to ensure you receive your shipment in a timely fashion.

Some carrier equipment are banned on certain residential roads or in areas that are non-commercial.

Do you need help removing the item from the truck?

You may need the use of a liftgate, and/or you may need the use of a forklift if want a carrier to deliver it into a garage, etc. for an additional fee. The charge for a liftgate, if needed, is $140.

A more economical option is to pickup from a carrier terminal.

With this option, you can choose to pick up your shipment at a local carrier’s dock to save time and money. Typically, the freight service provider can help locate the nearest terminal to your location.

Shipping to a commercial location

In a commercial setting drivers will pull up to a dock where you are ready to receive and unload the shipment. The drivers are not usually allowed to touch the freight. If your business has a dock or a forklift where you can load or unload freight without the assistance of a driver, you may not need additional services for freight handling. However, if you want the carrier to make an appointment or advise when the freight is out for delivery, that’s an additional service you’ll want to consider.

Shipping Costs

Your shipping cost will be provided automatically when you check out, and charged along with your order. Average shipping costs for large freight orders vary, with the main factors being your shipping location and the overall weight of your order. The charge for a liftgate, if needed, is $140.

When can I expect my shipment to ship?

Most orders are picked up by the freight carrier within one business day. For residential and non-commercial deliveries the freight carrier will contact you to arrange a date and time for delivery.

How quickly will my freight order arrive?
How quickly your order arrives primarily depends on the transit time from Houston, Texas. The map below shows approximate transit times (in business days) for most orders.
