Due to the nature of our products, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange as the manufacturers do not accept returns.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If you receive damaged materials then please refuse the order, take pictures, and call us with one business day. Contact us in a day, if your refund is approved then you have to arrange the return, 

There will be no restocking fee. The refund processing time is 10 days.
