It is flexible and will not crack when the wire is bent. This makes a strong and durable vinyl-coated welded wire mesh - long-lasting and rust-resistant. It has two layers of protection. The vinyl coating seals the wire from water and other corrosive elements. And a zinc coating protects the underlying mesh. UV inhibitors in the PVC retard degradation from sunlight.
